Despite having a hefty processor and graphics cards, the temperature performance was much lower than we expected. I should note that while running both tests the boost feature, which runs the fans at full speed, was never necessary and never self-activated. Thanks in no small part to the 4 exhaust vents on the laptop and several banks of intake vents to the base.
Out of the two, the CPU is the better performer, whereas the GPU is slightly better than average. From this, it is clear that real care and attention has been put into the design to ensure that this runs as efficiently as possible.

Laptops can be noisy creatures, mainly when they start getting hot and have been pushed to their limits. It is no exaggeration on my part to say that while running, the laptop is near silent. Even under regular load (such as web browsing) the noise levels never became an important matter. It was only while benchmarking that it did start to make a noise and even then it was still one of the quietest laptops we have seen.
When you take into consideration the highly impressive performance and temperature figures, you might have expected it to be a little noisy; that just isn’t the case.
