MSI X370 XPOWER Gaming Titanium Motherboard Review
Power Consumption
Power consumption on this board is much lower than what we’ve tested, which is obviously a very good thing, but keep in mind that the X370 XPower is the only AMD board on this chart, and also the first AM4 Ryzen system we’ve tested, so it’ll be interesting to see how upcoming motherboards, chipsets, and CPUs compare over the next few weeks.
THank you very much for the review. I am trying to choose between the ASRock and the MSI products. I would be interested in a review of the ASRock X370 Fatal1ty Gaming Professional. The memory is clearly an issue. Hopefully it is solved soon.
Just brand alone, the Asrock is superior. At least from my own personal experience.
Must admit I fail to see the point reviewing a motherboard and not having any other X370 motherboards to compare it to.. The power consumption looks really good though, AMD has pretty much knocked it out of the park with this CPU.
Well at least one board has to go first, it’s all we had. We have more Ryzen motherboard reviews now though 🙂
