Price

Nitro Concepts are some of the most competitively priced gaming chairs on the market, with the Comfort series clocking at a fairly reasonable £144.95 and coming in a wide range of colour option. There’s also the similarly priced C80 Motion Series for the same price. Not cheap, but when it comes to gaming chairs, you’ll have a hard time finding more for less.

Overview

I love this chair, it’s a bit of a diamond in the rough given its price range. Sure it lacks the features I have on my own gaming chair, such as a head cushion, lumbar cushion, adjustable armrests and best rest angle adjustment, it gets the basics spot on. The shape, size, angle and the padding are all well thought out and provide you with a comfortable seating position that works well for sitting up straight and working or slouching down a bit to put your feet up and play some games.

The build quality is pretty decent, although it lacks the precision of more expensive brands. This was most noticeable with attaching the backrest, where I found the screw holes were very hard to align, and the way they were stamped into the leather left bits that caused the screws to jam due to scrap leather over the bolt hole. This isn’t the end of the world, far from it, it took twenty minutes to build and any minor issues were eventually navigated and something you will only have to deal with once. The quality of the material, however, as well as the stitching, is spot on. Really nice aesthetics, and small touches like the thick padded armrests, and the stitched in logo at the head rest, give it a unique look and more premium vibe overall.

There are better chairs on the market, but you can expect to pay 50% more, and way beyond that for some models. If you want the look and feel of something more expensive, along with a comfortable base for your battle station that isn’t going to cost you too much money, look no further.
