The Noctua NH-D14 heatsink is a rather large dual tower heatsink fed by six 6mm heat pipes.

You can see that the heatsink has a very “triangular” pattern too which is designed to maximise airflow.

The heatsink has fan mounts for up to three, but Noctua only really recommend two fans both of which they include and give you fan clips for.

The heatsinks use a reasonably wide fin spacing which should allow for good cooling performance even with low RPM fans.

The base is nickel plated copper with six 6mm heat pipes tightly clustered.

The base also comes with pre-attached mounting brackets to speed up the installation process.

The first included fan with the Noctua NH-D14 is the NF-P12 PWM. It comes pre-fitted with a pair of fan clips.

If you’re interested in seeing specifications on it then you can check the previous page or the product page for this fan.

The next included fan is a bigger 140mm NF-P14 PWM fan with 120mm mounting holes.

Noctua currently don’t sell this NF-P14 PWM fan independently (it may have been discontinued or was only ever an OEM part for the NH-D14) so we have no product page to link you to, though as we mentioned the NF-P14 FLX is very similar to this version except without PWM controls and the FLX version can be bought separately if you do ever need a replacement. You can see the specifications of the PWM version on the second page or here.
