At stock the NH-D14 SE2011 CPU cooler isn’t the best air cooler we’ve tested but it does put in a very impressive showing.
Acoustics are pretty much right on for what I expected from Noctua. More or less silent.
Overclocking shows us the NH-D14 SE2011 is a real beast. It gave the best PWM results of an out-of-the-box air cooler. At maximum fan speed it was beaten by a few air coolers but they were significantly noisier or in the case of the NH-U14S in Push-Pull that actually costs significantly more as it doesn’t come with the second fan when you buy it.
Acoustic performance is very impressive as always. For a dual fan cooler it is a very quiet solution and the relatively silent nature of 100% fan speed is also very impressive.
