Nokia 41 Megapixel Camera Expected On July 11th

According to a post on Nokia’s website we could see something new from them on July the 11th. This new product has the teaser phrase “41 million reasons” which the internet community has apparently already decoded to mean that Nokia will be releasing a 41 megapixel camera based smartphone.

The company have invited the media to attend the launch event but no additional details have been revealed ahead of this new product which is being kept tightly under wraps.

We do know so far is that there is a phone that will go by the name of the “Nokia EOS” and it will run Windows Phone 8 (V8.0.10322.71). Furthermore, it will have a 41MP camera, a Xenon Flash, Nokia Pro Camera interface, 32GB of internal memory, OLED 720p screen, polycarbonate body, FM Radio and an ability to shoot two photos at different MP sizes at the same time.

Nokia drops a lot more subtle hints in the blog post about how consumers should “zoom in” on July the 11th so I guess we will just have to wait and see what Nokia has in store for us.

What do you think it will be?
