NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980Ti 6GB Graphics Card Review

Overclocking and Overclocked Performance

Overclocking this card was very much like the rest of the Maxwell lineup, such an easy process. There is so much headroom in the core clock speed to have some fun. We will soon be publishing a full NVIDIA Maxwell Overclocking Guide to see what the range can really do.

After a quick tweak, I managed to get a huge 29% increase on the core clock. After 7150MHz on the memory, I noticed it was affecting performance negatively.

The overclocked performance is simply astounding, an average of 9% increase, but 11% at 1440p and 4K.
