NZXT FUNCTION, MINITKL & TENKEYLESS Mechanical Keyboard Review

NZXT FUNCTION, MINITKL & TENKEYLESS Mechanical Keyboard Review

NZXT made their name by creating some of the most popular PC cases on the market. From their award-winning Phantom series to the current H1 series, they’ve always had something desirable within their range. In recent years, they’ve expanded into new products, such as CPU coolers, power supplies, and even motherboards. Now they’re coming to market with a range of new mechanical gaming keyboards that promise the same sleek aesthetic we’ve come to expect from NZXT, which should help you create a more unified NZXT layout if you’re using a few of their other products in your setup.

NZXT FUNCTION

Why launch one product when you can launch three!? NZXT has three different models hitting the market today, the Function is the full-fat full-size model, pretty self-explanatory. Then we have the TENKEYLESS, which cuts the number pad off for a more compact Ten-Keys-Less design. Finally, we have the MINITKL, which is a weird naming system, but it’s effectively the 65% size version of the FUNCTION. Call me lucky, but I actually have all three on my desk this week, so we’ll be able to see them side-by-side. They all come with broadly the same features, with just the size and aesthetic shifting from model to model. They all come with Red Gateron switches but are MX compatible. Now, let’s jump in for a closer look at what they all have to offer!
