PerformanceThe NZXT Sentry Mesh has five channels which allow each fan to be controlled independently. The five slide switches allow easy control of the connected fans to provide flexibility in changing the speed when required. Each of the five channels feature five separate 30W controls allowing connection for 3 pin fans. The NZXT Sentry Mesh allows each fan to operate at a minimum of 40% of its full speed all the way up to its full speed of 100%, this is controlled by the NZXT Sentry Mesh by changing the voltage which it’s supplying to the fans.
During our testing we found the NZXT Sentry Mesh to perform as expected, when the slider is located at the top of the NZXT Sentry Mesh the fan operates at full speed or 100% of its rated rpm. When the slider was located between the top and bottom the speed adjusted accordingly. Finally when the slider was located at the bottom it operated at its slowest possible speed of 40% its full speed.
