Dark Souls 3
Holding a speedrun record is a pretty amazing achievement. Although some records exchange hands on an almost weekly basis, it doesn’t matter. For that brief moment in time, you were the best in the world at that game.
While holding just one is impressive, one person has managed to take and hold all 8 recognised speedrun records on Dark Souls 3.
Speedrun
In a report via PCGames, Nemz38 holds the current any percent speedrun record in just over 35 minutes. Certainly not bad given that it takes most people that time just to progress past the first boss fight.
In addition to this, however, he also holds 7 other records which means that Nemz38 holds all speedrun records for the game recognised.

How hard would this be?
Dark Souls 3 is a difficult game, but perhaps the easiest of the 3. That, of course, does not include Demon Souls or Bloodborne.
Clearly, a part of this record is knowing the game inside out and upside down and being able to complete it from start to finish in a time of 1 hour 36 minutes and 46 seconds obviously required a few tricks.
Can their records be beaten?
When in a game such as Dark Souls, which has so many different categories of runs, it’s doubtful that they will hold all of these records forever, even indeed before the end of this week.
It is, none-the-less quite something when you are literally and undisputedly the best at the game in every way conceived from a speedrun position.
