The box from a first glance is quite large, especially compared to the plethora of AMD cards we’ve had as of late. The main part of the box is taken over by a picture of a chrome engine which adds to part of the Palit branding. The main Nvidia features are listed along the top including 3D Vision, PhysX, GPU Boost and 28nm technology. Down the bottom right, we find that this card comes included with 2GB of GDDR5 memory.
Taking a look at the back of the box, we find information on the three main selling points of this card with the “Faster, Smoother and Smarter” branding. The technical specifications are also listed in a total of 12 different languages, as well as the minimum system requirements.
The last part of the packaging that is worth talking about is on the top. This details one of the new features with the ability to configure a total of four display monitors from one card; something Nvidia cards have never been able to do from one single GPU card in the past.
Opening the box up, we find a small bundle of accessories with a quick installation guide, driver utility CD, DVI to VGA adapter and twin 4-pin Molex to 6-pin PCI-Express power adapter.
