PC Specialist Spectrum Pro GTX 1050 Ti Gaming PC Review

Storage and USB Performance

CrystalDiskMark – Sequential Read

Rather impressively, the system’s boot SSD managed one of the fastest read rates thus far from an SATA-based device. The 561.3MB/s read speed is absolutely fantastic, especially for a system costing less than £700. On another note, the mechanical hard disk performed brilliantly while the USB 3.0 rate remained competitive.

CrystalDiskMark – Sequential Write

When testing the write performance, the boot SSD drops down the ranking order but this shouldn’t detract from another solid result. The 447.1MB/s rate is extremely high for an affordable system and easily defeats a number of other configurations. Additionally, the secondary mechanical drive fared quite well and the USB 3.0 speeds were excellent.
