With a device as simple as the Plugable USB-C Mini Docking Station, there isn’t a real need for this page. The features are all clearly visible and we saw them on the first page. But for consistency, I better add it anyway.
There are four features on the front of this docking station. There is the power button to the left and power LED in the middle. To the right, we have the headset jack and a USB 3.0 port with charging power.
The rear side has the rest of the connection options. At the top, there are three USB 3.0 ports next to the RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port. In the bottom row, you’ll find the 4K/30Hz capable HDMI port next to the 20V power connection and USB-C laptop connection. The only thing missing here is a host port where you can attach USB-C devices.
The bottom side doesn’t really have any features, but there’s a note for you. If you run into any trouble or need any help, then you’ll find both contact email and support links here. The corners all have a little rubber piece which will make sure it stays where you place it.
The included power supply delivers up to 5A at 20V, making it able to deliver 100W. 15W to the unit and 85W to your laptop.
