3DMark 11 is the latest offering from Futuremark, taking full advantage of DirectX 11 by utilising tessellation features and volumetric lighting. It takes your graphics and CPU hardware to the edge to simulate the most extreme conditions whilst working as a stand point to compare results with other users online.
When looking at the performance of the SCS3 throughout the benchmarks, the aim is to see if it is able to keep up with a 7850 with a traditional fan cooler, signs of it not being able to would be through lower frame rates and benchmark scores.
3DMark 11 gives us the first indication that the SCS3 is upto the mark when it comes to pure graphics performance, with results that almost match that of a RoyalKing.
