Prolimatech Black Megahalems CPU Cooler Review

The six 6mm heat pipes exit at the top of the heatsink and are in a U-Shape. The black powder-coat looks really great and has a lovely textured finish as well as being more or less totally finger print resistant.

There are two separate tower stacks that are fed by either side of the six 6mm heat pipes.

The total thickness, without fans, of the heatsink is 70mm.

The base is nickel plated copper and is mirror like with a precision finish.

The fan we were provided with by Prolimatech was the Vortex Aluminium series 140mm fan with red LEDs. Due to the protective shield we were only able to mount one fan.

This fan uses all aluminium blades and pushes some serious air – 127CFM at 1600RPM.
