Setting up the Ripsaw couldn’t be easier. Simply plug the USB 3.0 cable into your PC and the Type-C into the Ripsaw. It’s powered via USB, so no need for a chunky external power adaptor. Hook up the PC or console you want to capture, and you’re good to go. Add on things like a microphone, or a pass-through cable to a monitor as required and you’re good to go. You’ll find Windows 10 opts to install the Razer Synapse software automatically. However, most software that takes webcams and external capture devices should also detect it easily enough too.
