Reddit Goes Down, Again

So here I am doing my usual scrolling of Reddit to find something to write about, get distracted by the UK’s Eurovision entry getting absolutely rinsed then suddenly get hit with “Sorry, we couldn’t load posts for this page”.

So Reddit is down oh no what will I do? I know I’ll complain about it here because it’s news, kind of. To be honest, I’d be stretched to say it’s news considering Reddit seems to go down or have some form of an issue on a regular basis much like Twitter. I guess that firing most of your staff who work on keeping the site up would cause problems, shocking I know.

What Has Caused the Issue?

As of writing this Reddit has identified the issue and has almost fixed it according to the Redditstatus Twitter page. Something I’ll quote from their tweet is “comments occasionally won’t load”, and I will rephrase that to “comments most of the time do not load” which is an issue I’ve had for ages.

If Reddit going down has truly ruined your day do not worry as you’ll be able to go back to complaining about things and arguing with people very soon.
