Final Thoughts
I like this mouse for what it stands for, it was always designed to be a gamer’s mouse and it certainly achieves this and not only that, it is trying to improve itself in every area, just like a sports car company tries to shave a gram off every component to make it lighter and faster. Roccat are doing everything they can by incorporating various technologies and designs. In most cases this pays off, but unfortunately this does bump the cost up. This mouse is certainly worth that cost, but whether it is justifiable for most people to spend the best part of £50 on a mouse I am not too convinced. It’s a different ball game to spend £50 on a graphics card but on a mouse this seems quite a lot. I will leave you with this, if you are a serious gamer you will truly love this mouse and all its quirks. I am certain you will want to show it off to your friends and that is certainly what a new device and technology should do make you want to talk about it. That said, I feel it is certainly a lot to pay for a mouse, a small peripheral to an already expensive computer. This is certainly in the leagues of the serious enthusiasts or a very fun but expensive toy!
