Samsung 990 Pro PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSD Review

Packaging & Accessories

The box looks really cool, with a nice large photo of the SSD right on the front of the box. As you can see, we have the 2TB model, and in the bottom right, it tells us this drive can deliver read speeds of up to 7450 MB/s.

Around the back, pretty much nothing interesting to be found other than a few barcodes that are obviously needed for retail environments.

The drive itself is well protected, with a plastic shell holding it firmly in place.

In the box, you’ll find a little booklet showing you how to install it and some warranty information, but other than that, it’s ready to plug and play into your system.

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
