Because the motherboard is mounted upside down we access the main part of the chassis from the right hand side. With the panel removed we can see there is a large compartment at the top, this houses your 5.25″ drives and your PSU. Further down we have a good size cut-away for helping with mounting our CPU cooler and built in stand-offs for easy mounting of our motherboard.
The back of the chassis we can better see the four re-usable expansion slot covers and the rear 120mm fan mount.
The left side of the chassis houses the twin 120mm intake fans and a removable hard drive rack, this offers room for 4 x 3.5″ drives and 2 x 2.5″ hard drives. Although one of the 2.5″ drive mounts is in fact the bottom panel of the chassis.
In the top left we have a recess area, this is perfect for cramming any excess cables out of the way, although I’m sure with minimal effort you could stealth mount another 2.5″ drive here too.
One thing I wasn’t expecting in a chassis this size was cable management options, the chassis has three cut-outs for routing cables as well as a good amount of cable tie loops to help keep everything in check, this is a very welcome addition to the overall design and one that will help greatly with the build process.
