Sleeping Dogs PC Review

This being the PC edition of the game it does have certain benefits over its console counterparts, supporting high resolutions, frame rates, a high resolution texture pack (free download) and even a benchmarking tool to help you find that perfect sweet spot for your system.
The world of Sleeping Dogs is well detailed though, from the busy market areas to the car filled streets, there is always something going on here, giving you a rich and highly colourful world to explore at your leisure.
The characters are pretty well animated, although cut scenes can be a little sluggish looking at times, there still better than most games and by no means off putting, but the real winner here is the voice acting, which has been superbly executed and it really makes the game come to life.
Music plays a big part here too, from the Karaoke bars around the town, which you can play in an almost guitar hero style as your torture some classics from bands like The Clash, or the in car radio system, which offers up playlists from Kerrang, RoadRunner Records and a nice mixture of everything from classics to rap music, meaning you should find something to your liking with ease when your driving around town.
