The total build time for the X2 was 25 minutes and I didn’t run into too many issues while installing but things could have gone a little smoother. As you can see though, the end result looks pretty good and while cable management isn’t super tidy, it’s hardly bad either, also I really did make the H100i fit in here, but “only just” would be an understatement.
I’ve installed out Kingston SSD using it’s provided 2.5″ to 3.5″ adaptor bracket, there may be a lack of native 2.5″ bays but it’s hardly a big deal given the adaptor brackets cost so little, or come free with many SSDs.
There is plenty of room for a multi GPU setup in here, although with the achievable airflow I would recommend no most than a 2 card SLI / Crossfire setup.
The H100i does fit, although I did need to offset it by a few degrees, we also use the low profile ram from Kingston in all our builds and there is literally 0.1mm clearance from the fan edge, but it doesn’t matter if it’s a nanometer or a mile, it fits nice and snug and it’ll work perfectly, impressive!
With the side panel window back in place you can see we get a great view of the chassis interior, I’ve also put the divider panel back in place although I have to admit, it looks ugly as hell with it installed.
