Final Fantasy XV Demo Finally Available for PC Users

It took a while, but it is finally here. PC users can now try out Square Enix‘ much anticipated Final Fantasy XV port via demo. The download weighs in at 20GB and features the first chapter of the game. This allows players to fully explore the tutorial and starting quest.

Even if you have the PlayStation 4 version, the PC version has some exclusive improvements over the console. NVIDIA users specifically since the latest driver update optimizes the game performance (version 391.01).

Where Can I Download the Demo?

There are several ways users can download the demo for Final Fantasy XV. The most obvious one is through Steam (click here and it will automatically download if you have the client). It is also available via the Microsoft Windows store via this link.  For those who prefer using Electronic Arts’ Origin client, they can also do so via this link or by launching the client (it is under the store section).

Those who pre-purchase the game before May 1st are eligible  to claim the Half-Life pack. This contains the items that let players wear Gordon Freeman’s HEV suit from the game. It also includes his glasses and signature crowbar of course.

Can My System Run Final Fantasy XV?

Here are the official system requirements for the full game. Other than the disc space, expect the same specs.
