Things are looking just as good on the interior of the View 23 TG ARGB. There’s plenty of room in here, despite the chassis not being what I would call large. The space from the PSU shroud to the top is just enough for an ATX motherboard. However, the hidden storage bays mean you’ve got the full length of the chassis for long GPUs and front mounted radiators.
I’m always happy to see a nice PSU shroud. This one is ventilated, and does have fan mounts on it should you need them; I doubt you will.
Towards the front, you’ll find a 2.5″ drive mount on the shroud. There’s also a cut-away towards the front fans, allowing you to install a full height (360mm) radiator if you so desire.
The fans are really nice too, with a triple attack of Thermaltake ARGB 120mm fans pre-installed. That’s a big wall of airflow right out of the box, so even if you’re not liquid cooling, you shouldn’t have a shortage of cool air. Plus, ARGB = big light show on the front panel, which we’ll test shortly.
In the back, your fourth fan, albeit this one isn’t RGB, but it’s still a nice quality Thermaltake fan with blacked out cables too.
Overall, there’s good cable routing, good fans, and plenty of space here. Building our system should be pretty straight forward then!
Around the back, you’ll find a reasonable amount of cable routing space, but not loads. Of course, with the PSU shroud, any excess cables can be hidden down there, so it’s a problem that balances its self out really.
The fan hub is pretty simple really, and hooks up all the RGB lighting of the included fans. This isn’t a “normal” fan hub though, as you’ll have to connect the fans to your motherboard as usual. This is purely for their addressable RGB lighting, which can by sync with your motherboard (if it’s compatible), or adjusted using the RGB button on the front panel.
Behind the motherboard, you’ll find another 2.5″ SSD mount, giving us two in total when you include the one on the PSU shroud.
Plus, there are two HDD bays in the bottom of the shroud, giving us four drive mounts in total. Not massive amounts of storage space, but with M.2 also being an option these days, I doubt it’ll be an issue for most.
