Thermaltake’s Chaser MK-I get’s an upgrade to LCS

After almost ten months into service, Thermaltake, the computer thermal solution giant, have upgraded one of their chassis with a new solution; the Chaser MK-I LCS.

Already seen with the Level 10 GT as well as sold separately, the LCS, or Liquid Cooling Solution, is just another one of Thermaltake’s addition in cooling solutions, yet featuring the incredible power of the liquid cooling.

For overclockers, hardcore gamers, enthusiast and so on, liquid cooling is the best thing to have when you can’t access liquid nitrogen, which is rather hard to come by and maintain. The enhanced cooling performance allows for a better at pretty much anything; stability, gaming, clock speed, and the list goes on, so imagine combining another one of Thermaltake’s cases already featuring incredible cooling capabilities with a liquid cooling solution.

The liquid cooling system, more precisely the main reservoir takes place into two 5.25” bays and gives you information about the flow and the liquid level at a glance. The entire process facilitated by the quick connectors, made from robust non-spill material, gives the ability to install quickly and easily as well as the guaranteed protection of your hardware both from heat and liquid.

The dual 120mm fans on the 240mm Dimple Tube technology radiator increases the turbulence within the radiator to give it the full cooling potential, and the P500 pump pushing 500L/H of water makes it even more effective to achieve higher performance levels .

Yet, all these have been designed to make your live easier, yet they come pre-installed, this just shows how much they’ve been thinking about it from the beginning, great performance for better cooling with quick and easy install if the need to take it apart ever comes.

With all these upgrades, the Chaser still remains the ‘monster’ at heart, everything stays as it was. You still get the breath light effect with changing LED colours, the internal USB 3.0, top-mounted HDD docking station, 5.25” and 3.5” tool-free anti-vibration HDD mounting mechanism, headset holder, heighten foot stand, smart cable management and the large interior space with the 18cm CPU cooler support as well as the headroom for graphics card as long as 33cm.

All in all, the Chaser MK-I stays has it was before, except it just got a lot better.

Set to come out this fall, Thermaltake hasn’t revealed any price yet.
