TteSports Level 10M Hybrid Advance Mouse Review

Final Thoughts

Price

At £123, the TteSports Level 10M Hybrid Advance Gaming Mouse is certainly up there when it comes to prices. Of course, as the flagship gaming mouse from TteSports, it’s comparable to other high-end wireless gaming mice. the Razer Mamba, the ASUS Rog Spatha, Logitech G900, and Roccat Leadr, are all basically the same price. Which one is best for you is pretty subjective, but each has their merits.

Overview

I tend to use a wired gaming mouse day-to-day, I like the simple plug and play nature they provide. However, wireless gaming mice have gone a very long way in the last couple of years, and are no longer the lag-heavy burdon they once were for competitive gaming. Running it in wired or wireless, I couldn’t see any performance change from the Hybrid, and that means you’ve got the freedom to use it however you desire.

Design

The Level 10M Hybrid is one of the weirdest looking mice I’ve seen in a while. Of course, a big part of that is the nose cone on the front of it, used for the wired and wireless connectivity. It looks strange, but it doesn’t affect the movement or the ergonomics of the mouse. The base is thick metal, giving the mouse superb stability and it glides as flat and smooth as you could ever hope for, even on thicker padded gaming surfaces. The inclusion of some RGB lighting that’s not too overstated is nice too. However, it’s the customisable ergonomics that win my biggest praise. Sure, you need to get the tool out and spend a few minutes tinkering, but it’s worth it. Tweaking the mouse to perfectly fit your hand is time well spent, and can help improve your long-term comfort while working or gaming.

Performance

A fast and responsive laser sensor, with a customisable DPI range and multiple profiles, is always welcome. Of course, these are features that are commonplace on any good gaming mouse these days. However, the 10M Hybrid is competitive with anything else on the market, and won’t let you down in the heat of battle. While I doubt many will need to customise every button, being able to do so does have its advantages, and the addition of the thumb control analogue stick is great for camera control, extra macros, multimedia control and so much more. You’ll wonder how you ever did without the extra thumb controller once you’ve got it!

Should I Buy One?

I won’t lie, I have trouble recommending any mouse that costs over £100, it’s a niche market that’s sure to only appeal to those with a bigger budget. Most people can spend £40 on a gaming mouse and be happy with it. However, if you want something a little more cutting edge and unique, you will be paying a premium. The hybrid wired and the wireless feature is pretty cool, as is being able to customise the fit of the mouse. If you want a mouse that can easily be crafted to suit your needs, playstyle and performance requirements, the Level 10M Hybrid is well worth the investment.

Pros

  • Excellent sensor performance
  • RGB LED lighting
  • Wired and Wireless operation
  • Durable build quality
  • Adjustable ergonomics
  • Easy to use software
  • Fully programmable
  • Thumb analogue control

Cons

  • The nose of the mouse looks a little odd, but that’s subjective

Neutral

  • It is quite expensive, but it is comparable to other similar specification gaming mice
