So far, I think it’s pretty safe to say that Two Point Hospital has been my ‘Game of the Year’. There is, of course, still plenty of time for someone to topple that and I am writing on the exact day that Red Dead Redemption 2 released. In terms of expectations to the product on delivery though, Two Point Hospital got a clean bill of health from me! You can read my review of the game in the link here!
Since it’s release back nearly 2 months ago though, there has been one major thing missing. Namely a sandbox mode! Well, in a report via WindowsCentral, the good news is that it is finally here!
The new sandbox mode adds an unlimited money option. Allowing you to try and build your dream hospital exactly as you want it. Alternatively, the mode also allows you to create your own customisable challenges. While the options might seem a little limited to some, you should be able to create a number of challenges and requirements that will certainly extend the life of the game beyond the main campaign.
The update is available right now. As such, if you have it installed on your system, the chances are that Steam has already applied it for you. If you haven’t tried out Two Point Hospital yet, you really should. With this new addition (including them fixing (adding) the copy/paste room option) this game is near perfect now!
