Final Thoughts
Arctic have always been a contender in the thermal paste war and with a tried and tested method, it was only natural that MX-4 was going to follow suit and give us some results worth smiling at. The main selling points of the MX-4 thermal paste is how easy it is to spread, even though Arctic’s instructions are to use the CPU cooler to help spread it, some people may have a different preference when it comes to application.
At around £4-£5 in the UK, it’s bang on the money in terms of staying competitive and offers up a simple solution with no frills leaving us in a situation where we would definitely use it for future testing when we review CPU coolers and similar based products.
