Packaging
The box is really nicely designed, and keeps with the theme we’ve seen in previous ASUS RoG products. There’s a fantastic photo of the keyboard lit up on the front, as well as details of their switch type, layout, and RGB tech.
Around the back, there’s a wealth of information. HEre we can see the features on the keyboard its self, as well as that protective hard-case. More on all that in a moment though.
Open the box, and you’ll find… another box! This one is much more durable though, with dual layers of carboard to keep the hardware protected.
Even then, there’s a second layer of cardboard folded to protect the keyboard even further, as well as some foam inlay on the lid. If that wasn’t enough, the keyboard comes wrapped in a durable cloth bag too! Knocks, scratches, tactical nuclear strikes, etc, this box can handle it.
In the box, you’ll find a nice pile of literature, as well as some ROG stickers.
Plus, there’s a lovely USB-C cable that can be used to charge the keyboard or to use it in wired mode.
