Club3D R9 Nano 4GB HBMv1 Graphics Card Review

A Closer Look

Look at how small it is. Sadly, the overall finish isn’t as nice as the R9 Fury X. The cooling shroud is a one-piece plastic unit. I wish AMD followed the materials through with this, even just the soft touch cover around the fan would have been a bonus.

Here’s the best image to truly come to terms with the size of this, just look at the supporting bracket size and the length of the PCI-E connector for reference!

I do actually quite like these cut outs on the side with the Radeon logo in a vibrant red. It really breaks up the entire card and allows the fan to push out more air.

Unlike the Fury X, this card needs the end to be open to push out the air. I wish the design from the sides was carried through to here to cover the fins and those three screw holes. This cards design just feels rushed.

At least with that Fiji core under the hood, the 3 DisplayPorts and 1x HDMI offer the best possible functionality.
