Packaged in a white box, Dane-Elec have chosen a white and green theme to the box with a dark grey highlight to set off the scheme. On the front we find alongside a product image, a few key features including the plug and play setup, automatic backup and music streaming options and also the compatibility with iOS devices.
Turning the box right around, we find more detailed information on the remote access features of the system utilising the included USB keys.
Continuing around the box, on side holds a complete run down of the systems specifications and what is included in the box.
Finally on the last side, there is a quick product highlight printed in a number of languages.
Taking the NAS itself out of the box, in the bottom we find a quick user guide, stand, CAT5e ethernet cable and the two USB keys – one grey master key and one white user key.
To power the system we find an AC transformer with DC jack and two mains power leads for UK and European connectivity.
