HIS Radeon HD 6870 IceQ X Turbo X Graphics Card Review

Dirt 2
The physics engine from within Dirt 2 is a good test of a card and it’s rendering capabilities with fine details such as dust trailing from the rear of the car. There is also the aspect of light and reflections from the cars bodywork and the ability to work with the in game physics and damage rendering engines to produce a realistic gaming experience.

  • Resolution: 1920 x 1080
  • Preset: Ultra
  • MSAA: 4x
  • AF: 16x

Dirt 2 let this card shine by giving 8FPS more than the reference card and showing that it can compete with some of the similar priced Nvidia based cards at the same time.
