HIS Radeon HD 6870 IceQ X Turbo X Graphics Card Review

A Closer Look
Get your sunglasses out, as this card features one of the brightest coolers we’ve ever seen using an aqua style colouring to match the cards PCB.

The cooler is the main point of focus on this card and has 4 heatpipes which show their face at the top of the card. As with most cards, it will take up two slots in your system.

The card has a blue HIS branded fan in the middle that features 11 blades situated at an angle to give the best airflow across the components of the card.

The card has two 6-pin PCI-Express power connectors as expected on a Radeon 6870.

It also has the ability to be put into a CrossFire configuration.

The card has two Mini DisplayPort connectors, a HDMI connector and two DVI connectors meaning that it’s perfect for Eyefinity.
