The Grid+ V2 unit is incredibly compact, this is a good thing, as it means it’s going to be a heck of a lot easier to install it discretely in your system. There’s a little bit of ventilation down the side, ensuring the hardware inside the V2 stays nice and cool.
Down one side, you’ll find three 3-pin fan connectors. The ports are wide enough to accommodate 4-pin PWM headers, although only 3-pins are required for the operation of the unit.
Tucked down the other side, a micro-USB port and the power port..
There’s not much to see on the base, just some branding and the serial number.
The top of the unit is quite nicely designed, with an embossed Grid+ logo, and an LED indicator. It’s nothing too fancy, but should it be on show within your build, it wouldn’t be the worst either.
