Ryzen Vs Intel GTX 1080 Ti Showdown Revisited

Hitman

Once again, Intel takes the average FPS crown, but it’s the 1800X that maintains the highest minimum FPS, giving us smoother gameplay, even if it is only by 6FPS.

Ryzen fell behind at 1440p, but all chips were capable of hitting a minimum of over 60fps.

Wow, this is close, with all three chips being just 1FPS apart, in both average and minimum. The 5820K dropped 1FPS while overclocked, but that’s within a margin of error to say that there was next to no benefit for this game while overclocking.

As a child still in my 30's (but not for long), I spend my day combining my love of music and movies with a life-long passion for gaming, from arcade classics and retro consoles to the latest high-end PC and console games. So it's no wonder I write about tech and test the latest hardware while I enjoy my hobbies!
